"He knew some basic commands beforehand but I wanted to be confident with those commands. I also wanted him to walk well on leash as he gets bigger and come to me if he is off leash. We had Marquis as a trainer. He was great! It’s tough being away from your dog for 2 weeks but Marquis sent me multiple pictures/videos everyday with updates on his progress. My favorite pic was of Nelson on a tractor! When I picked Nelson up, he still had his goofy & lovable personality but he was also well behaved. Marquis spent time reviewing the commands and teaching me how to work with Nelson. Marquis’ calm personality and voice were encouraging and set the tone for the session. "I felt comfortable leaving Biggie with Quis, and before I knew it, Quis shared training video after training video and picture after picture --documenting every bit of Biggie's journey. I watched my Biggie-boy maintain his puppy personality, while learning how to be obedient. Biggie now obeys the commands... These commands have helped me to be alpha for my Biggie. Quis' training has allowed me to communicate in a way that is tempered and measured. Biggie now "places" in his crate without protest or dissatisfaction, when he has never really used a crate. "We got lucky enough to have Marquis as our trainer and could not have asked for a better fit. He was patient with Rango, as he is an older dog and very stubborn. Before training Rango struggled with listening, recall, and walking nicely. After training Rango is doing much better with walks, following commands, and coming when called.
